Getting an eleven year old's attention isn't easy. If you're a brand like Sears it's almost impossible. This is how I got kids to buy clothes from their mom's store:
I got Disney and Viacom partnered into a program that let kids find their style through their favorite music.
I talked Selena Gomez’s mom into putting her onstage with flaming pyrotechnics
for a music video.
I got Disney management, Creative Artists Agency, and Sears to all agree on the same thing.
I got our brand on the red carpet at the VMA’s.
I got over 8 million page views, over a quarter million votes, 2 million + aggregate Youtube views, 167,000 sweepstakes entries, hundreds of audition content videos and double digit sales (over 50% in some cases).
I got my agency a gold Effie, and my client a gold Racie.
And due to an on-set trampoline mishap I got a cadaver tendon put into my knee (don’t ask).
